Artists in Stained Glass is a web-based organization providing information about stained glass through the different sections and pages on the website.

Members get a listing in the Gallery (if they do original art) which includes one large image of their work, contact information and links from AISG to their own website. A short bio or photo commentary may be included (up to 150 words). The listing gives them more exposure and also benefits them by increasing their website standings in search engines. Some artists have found that they get listed in search engines because of their listing on the AISG website. Participants in the gallery are expected (if their website structure allows) to have a reciprocal link to the AISG home page.

Not everyone wants to participate in the gallery, so a membership page list will be available soon for members who wish to opt to be on a membership list page.

Photos of members' work (with a link to their gallery page) are rotated monthly on the AISG homepage. Members are invited to submit images of original works to be used (with credit given) as "eye candy" in the construction of new web pages.

Any studio with a website or e-mail may participate in the Stained Glass Workshops, Classes and Lessons page. Members get the option of a graphic in their listing to highlight their entry and get priority placement on the Workshops, Classes and Lessons page. (i.e. closer to the top of their section) Their listing also may include more detailed information on the type of class, dates, and free updates to their listing. Their listing is also outlined to increase visibility.

For those artists who cannot afford a website, participation in the Artists in Stained Glass Gallery is an economical way to gain a web presence via the AISG Galleries!

Members get a free website critique. Is your website slow in downloading? Can't maintain a search engine listing? Not drawing customers? Identify ways to make your website more user and search enginie friendly!

Members also get the satisfaction of knowing that their money goes solely towards maintenance and expansion of the Artists in Stained Glass website.

Membership fees are Single: $12 US or $15 CDN, or Family: $18 US or $22 CDN, payable by check or money order to Artists In Stained Glass.
